With an acting career spanning more than two decades, Lyndon performed in live theatre, sitcoms, dramas and commercials. She knows well the pressures of only being as good as your last performance and understands the fear that comes from being in the spotlight, regardless of experience or position.
My years as an actress taught me how to cope and be resourceful; how to be courageous; how to hold the centre stage and sustain interest; how to manage nerves and stop personal anxiety seeping out to the audience. These are all characteristics and skills that senior executives need too.
