Postponement and cancellation of services

Unfortunately, if you need to postpone or cancel with short notice the following cancellation fees will apply:

4 weeks or more before agreed date: no fee applies

2-4 weeks: 50%

2 weeks or less: 100%

One on one

Given the seniority of my clients, I appreciate that under particular circumstances sessions that have already been agreed may need to be rescheduled either prior to the commencement of the training or after the training has commenced, should more than one session be scheduled.

Rescheduling terms

Providing that the request to reschedule is made up to 7 days before the agreed date, I will make every reasonable effort to schedule another time for that session. However, if the venue has already been booked (which will be the likelihood at that stage), I will pass that charge to the client with an administrative fee. If the request to postpone is made within the week prior to the session 50% of the cost of that session would be due (or retained if payment has been made prior to the commencement of training). Should the session/s be postponed within 48 hours, 100% of the cost of the session/s will be due or retained. Under those circumstances the cost of the venue will also be passed on to the client.

Cancellation terms

If, however, the client wishes to cancel the service as a whole after agreement of date/s have been made, 10 days notice will be required. At that point only the venue/s will be charged to the client if booked (which will be the likelihood at that stage) together with an administrative fee. Up to 7 days notice of cancellation prior to the agreed date will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the training and the total cost of the venue. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% plus the cost of the venue. Occasionally a Company may wish to suggest that another employee takes the place of a client who has either postponed or cancelled the training. I am prepared to listen to the requirements of the possible replacement client but reserve the right to decline if I feel that the fit between coach and coachee is not right.
